Asia falls on failed US bailout

Stock markets across Asia sank on Tuesday after U.S. lawmakers rejected a $700 billion plan to rescue the country's financial system. In Hong Kong and South Korea stocks opened sharply lower than expected but losses were later pared back. A modified bailout proposal may soon be tabled to the U.S. Congress. James Pomfret reports.
