According to recent rumors Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston is just about ready to adopt a child.

Her five-year marriage to Brad Pitt was sprinkled with rumors about a possible pregnancy but Jen and Brad never became parents. They divorced in 2005 and Brad went on to become father to the continuously growing brood of little ones he and Angelina Jolie are raising.

OK! magazine reported Wednesday that Jennifer will definitely, finally become a mother. According to the mag, the “Friends” actress was inspired by Sheryl Crow’s recent adoption of baby boy Wyatt and decided it was time to take matters into her own hands.

OK! quotes friends of Jennifer’s who say she has contacted the same adoption agency Sheryl Crow worked with and that she is currently busy filling out necessary paperwork. Jennifer reportedly dreams of having a son.

Not only is the 38-year-old actress on the brink of motherhood but also, according to recent media reports she is happily in love. The New York Daily News reported Wednesday that Jennifer’s new man is Levi Jeans model Paul Sculfor, 36.

The newspaper informs that Paul has moved in with the actress in her Hollywood mansion.
