Rumor has it that Alex Rodriguez is planning to spend
Thanksgiving with Madonna, who was granted a “quickie” divorce last week. Other
reports, however, say that the Yankees star will stay with his family on
Thursday, including his future ex-wife and their two children.
Access Hollywood recently informed that Cynthia Scurtis, who
is about to see her divorce from A-Rod end, told a friend via e-mail that the
33-year-old athlete intended to leave his kids on Thanksgiving day in order to
spend the holiday with Madonna. She reportedly added in the message that he
went to New York City
after the 50-year-old singer called him.
On the other hand, People reported on Tuesday that despite
their breakup, Alex Rodriguez would spend Thanksgiving with Cynthia, 4-year-old
Natasha and 1-year-old Ella. The magazine cited an unnamed source as saying
that A-Rod hadn’t even thought about leaving his family on Thanksgiving and
that reports regarding his departure were mere gossip. The source added that
Cynthia was “outraged” by reports claiming Alex Rodriguez’s leaving to New York City and that
Alex, Cynthia and their daughters would be joined by other family members on
Thanksgiving.
In the meantime, it seems that A-Rod and Madonna were
spotted disembarking a private jet in Miami
early on Tuesday. They were accompanied by their manager, Guy Oseary.
After exiting the craft, the two reportedly hopped into Alex
Rodriguez’s vehicle and drove away.
I sure wonder what lies behind this story, which seems to be
never-ending.
