The Motorola Krave ZN4 is a phone that was recently launched through Verizon Wireless and that has caused some shock waves surrounding its unique design. The Krave is the embodiment of futuristic phone design. Its coolest feature is that it has a lid that is touch sensitive.
Another great thing about the new Motorola is that it wasn’t created to be an iPhone killer and, maybe, because of this the designers could let their imagination go wild.
The newly released phone resembles in shape the Motorola Ming, but while the Ming demanded the use of a stylus pen on its surface, the Krave has a finger touch screen.
The innovative design comes with the phone’s lid. The lid is also touch sensitive, it’s transparent and it lets the user perform several actions without actually accessing the phone’s main screen. The phone itself is quite compact, sizing at 4.13 inches by 2 inches, and is quite easy to use.
There are some disappointing facts about the Krave and all of them are related to the technical side. First of all, the phone has no Wi-Fi, the camera could have used a little more features and the keyboard can be hard to maneuver in some situations.
The bottom line is that the Motorola Krave ZN4 is quite unique and this can make up for most of the difficulties it encounters. Currently, you can buy the new Motorola through Verizon for $150 with a two-year deal. Maybe the Krave won’t cause as much commotion as the iPhone did, but it’s certain that the new Motorola will attract some attention due to its fantastic design.
