For the first time since they cheated death in September, Travis Barker and DJ AM will join guests and perform together at the New Year's Nation's Los Angeles New Year's Eve Party at the Lot in West Hollywood, California.
Almost fully recovered from a South Carolina plane crash witch killed four people, the former Blink 182 drummer and DJ AM, who call their duo TRVSDJAM, are ready to take the stage and "rock the house," said Barker, who was excited to start performing again. "I'm very excited to bring in the New Year in my hometown of L.A."
For those who are eager to see them but are unable to attend the event, the show will be streamed on the Internet and broadcast at other New Year's Nation parties across the U.S.. Through NYN-TV, guests at the NYN party in Seattle, as well as Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, New York City and Portland will be able to see TRVSDJAM's performance live on giant projection screens and dance to their music.
"I'm glad our first show back is here in LA on New Year's Eve. I've never been 10 places at once before," DJ AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, was quoted by E!News as saying.
Their reunion will mark the first concert since the two appeared in front of a 10,000 people crowd in Columbia before boarding a private plane, which broke into shreds soon after taking off.
Most recently, Barker filed a lawsuit blaming the pilots, who perished in the fire, and faulty equipment for the crash that left him with third-degree burns.
