Too Much Plastic Surgery Made: Lisa Rinna Looks Like A 'Freak'

Former "Melrose Place" star Lisa Rinna opened up about her biggest plastic surgery regrets saying she overdid Juvederm injections into her cheeks.

In a new interview with momlogic.com, the 45-year-old actress, who is set to go nude in a second photo shoot for Playboy magazine sometime in the spring, admitted she felt insecure about her look and wanted to fit in with her other Hollywood friends.

"I tried it because my girlfriends did it," she said. "I thought, 'I'll do it! I saw a photo and I was like, 'Oh Jesus. That's no good. That's NOT good.'"

But despite her altered looks, the actress revealed she still "loves" Botox because it doesn't change the shape of her face.

"When you change your face, you don't look like yourself," she continued. "Looking fresher is one thing. I look like a freak! I always said I wouldn't change my face, but I did it."

At first she thought she could avoid explaining the obvious changes in her face, but after she saw pictures of her plastered all over celebrity magazines, the actress said she couldn't lie about it anymore.

"I used to feel like it was nobody's business. But when this happened, I realized I couldn't hide it," she said. But she learned her lesson and realized that less really is more and taking care of your skin is the most important thing.

Putting her insecurities aside, Rinna, who is currently promoting her reality show called "I Love Lisa," a take off of "I Love Lucy," was not embarrassed to share some of her secrets on what keeps her marriage to actor Harry Hamlin "hot."

"You gotta be willing and you gotta be game. You've got to be able to continue [your sex life] when you are married with kids," she revealed.
