Due to continuing health problems, Toni Braxton was forced to cancel her Las Vegas show "Toni Braxton: Revealed" again, so she can focus more on her health, People.com reported.
The famous R&B singer had been hospitalized on April 7 due to some chest pains. The 40-year-old singer also canceled some of her shows, including the ones at the Flamingo Las Vegas hotel until June 6, when she was supposed to hit the stage again according to The Associated Press.
The fact that Braxton won’t perform in Las Vegas was confirmed by a spokesperson for Harrah's, operator of the Flamingo Lounge. The person familiar with the singer’s condition wouldn’t talk about Braxton’s current condition.
Toni Braxton's contract with the Flamingo expires in August. The singer known for her husky alto voice has checked into St. Rose Dominican Hospital on April 7 to receive treatment for hypertension and pericarditis, a viral inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart.
After she went through precautionary tests at the medical facility, Braxton was released from the hospital on April 8.
