Speculation that the famous couple Jolie-Pitt is drifting apart was even more augmented by Angelina’s house hunting alone in Los Angeles.

After dropping her older children at pre-school, she was spotted visiting a million pounds “bachelorette pad” in the Laurel Canyon enclave. The owner, Wolfgang Wind, said that he didn’t know who was the potential   buyer and was surprised to see Angelina.

“It was very strange because it was just her; no bodyguard, no assistant, no nanny, no kids – and no Brad,” the Daily Express quoted her as saying. “She looked quite frail and extremely thin. She was very flattering and said the house was extremely nice and I’m hoping she’ll make an offer,” he added.

Mediterranean-style villa impresses with an outdoor rock pool, hot tub, two waterfalls, a massage pavilion and small guesthouse in the grounds. But nevertheless the interior is no less cozy: it has a sauna and whirlpool bath and a master suite and two smaller bedrooms.

Rumors claim that Jolie’s decision to purchase the pad is the result of her discovering a month ago that Pitt has his own too. It appears though that he had it longer, as he had already talked architects Lars Krueckeberg, Wolfram Putz and Thomas Willemeit to transform it in the modern style he is keen on.

On the other hand, these speculations are dismissed by her recent declaration in a French magazine. The screen beauty states that she renounced other women and kinky sex because of Brad.

"I've never hidden my bisexuality. But since I've been with Brad, there's no longer a place for that or S&M in my life,” Public magazine quotes her saying.

The magazine also revealed her claiming that the life with Brad is still happy: “He lets me talk to whomever I want," she said. "He has complete blind faith in me."

The 32-year old actress’ apparent grief may be the result of the prolonged pain caused by the death of her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, in January.
