There are few more hours until WWDC will kick in and the
guys from TUAW have
managed to start a new rumor. And, thanks God, it’s not iPhone related.
Apparently, Jobs is set to unveil a new piece of hardware, a
Mac which looks like a hybrid between an Apple TV and a MacMini.
The three leaked pictures that are posted on TUAW’s website
show also some marketing slogans such as Leave Windows Behind, Bridge The Gap,
while the header of what appear to be some pages from Apple’s website are
labeled Mac Fusion.
According to the pictures, Mac Fusion, whatever it is, will
be powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo and it seems to be some addressed to the developers.
TUAW was the first site to speculate that at WWDC, Apple
will offer a sneak peek of its next version of its operating system, Mac OS X
10.6 .
In fact, TUAW has posted a poll where the readers can
express their opinion about what Apple will launch at WWDC 2008.
As you can imagine the iPhone is the big favorite with 2959
votes, followed by iPhone 2.0 firmware and .Mac refresh.
