TV lovers, rejoice! As the writer’s strike is over, CBS
moved quickly to announce the return dates of 14 prime-time series, from “CSI”
to “Two and a Half Men”
For example, on March 17 we will be able to enjoy new
episodes from "How I Met Your Mother", "The Big Bang
Theory" and "Two and a Half Men". Each of them will have nine episodes.
Also on Monday, but on April 14 CBS will begin to broadcast
4 more episodes from "Rules of Engagement". “NCIS” is scheduled to
return on April 8, with seven more episodes.
Also, TV dramas such as "CSI: Miami" and "Cold
Case" will return in March, the first on March 24 with eight new episodes,
the second on March 30, but only with five episodes.
However, it seems like April will be the busiest month with “Criminal
Minds”, "CSI: NY" set for return on April 2 each with seven episodes.
April 3 will mark the debut of "CSI" and "Without a Trace"
with six episodes.
"Ghost Whisperer" and "Numb3rs" are
scheduled for April 4, also with six episodes each, while "Moonlight"
will start airing on April 11, but only with four episodes.
Unfortunately for their fans, the broadcast date of “The
Unit”, “Cane and “Shark”, the latter of which is set to produce four new
episodes, is yet to be determined.
"Heroes," "24," "Chuck,"
"Pushing Daisies" and more are not expected back until next season.
