Disney and Billy Ray Cyrus' young star, teen pop queen Miley Cyrus, was seen getting cozy with a 20-year-old underwear model and former "Nashville Star" contestant Justin Gaston.

And by "getting cozy" I mean, of course, "going to church" on Sunday and visiting the Century City mall in Los Angeles on Monday. In photos that surfaced online, Miley is seen walking into a Los Angeles church with Gaston, who is holding a bible. Her dad, Billy Ray is also in the pictures.

Billy Ray must be trusting the two quite a lot to let then hang out like that, and please don't tell me "it’s okay because they were going to church together." Jamie Lynn Spears and the 19-year-old boy, who impregnated her, used to attend church together too, in fact, that's where they met. Just because they are holding bibles doesn’t mean that guy doesn’t want what any guy would want.

Later on Sunday night, Gaston attended Disney’s Concert for Hope where Cyrus performed with the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.

While the two kept away during their church visit and the concert, according to an E! News source, the newly happy couple got out at the valet stand on Santa Monica Boulevard and walked through the mall, "holding hands the whole time," which comes as no surprise since "there was nobody with them at all," meaning Miley's parents.

"They walked into Bloomingdale's, not looking at anything specific, and chatted with a clerk in the makeup department."

According to Cyrus’s rep, Gaston is just "a friend from Nashville." The two reportedly met earlier this year when he was a contestant on "Nashville Star," hosted by Miley's father. Speaking of his style, Gaston, who was eliminated from the competition in its third week, said, "My style isn't like anyone else. If John Mayer was to meet Brad Paisley and they reproduced, that would be me."

Gaston's rep had a word to say on the rumors of the two dating as well, "He’s visiting L.A. for the week," Allen Osborne was quoted by People as saying.

"They've been spending a lot of time together while he's in town," Gaston's added. The 20-year-old aspiring singer still lives in Nashville and was just visiting the town.

Gaston, who is originally from Louisiana, left home at age 17 to pursue a career in music, while supporting himself as a model, including work for Kenneth Cole and Guess. He was most recently featured as the love interest in teen country superstar Taylor Swift’s "Love Story" music video. Apparently, Gaston has actually "had a crush on Taylor Swift for quite awhile," his rep confirmed. Swift is rumored to be dating Joe Jonas, who is brother to Nick, whom Miley calls her first love.
