EA Mobile, the division of Electronic Arts that handles the mobile games said that SimCity, the classical simulation manager is now available for Apple’s ultimate gadget: the iPhone.
Released in 1989, SimCity is the creation of Will Wright, the same man who is responsible for more recent Spore.
SimCity is a game that enables the gamer to build cities by using imagination and keep developing them.
“SimCity for the iPhone and iPod touch takes mobile games to a whole new level,” said Adam Sussman, VP Publishing Americas and Asia for EA Mobile. “Easy to learn, a lifetime to master, it’s one of the largest mobile games ever produced, providing our customers with hundreds of hours of great gameplay.”
The iPhone version of SimCity features eight tool categories to help you plan, zone, build, bulldoze and manage, and includes tutorial and starter cities and three difficulty modes. The game is available from AppStore for only $9.99.
