Together with Kylie Minogue, Julian Lennon and burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese, Hollywood vixen Sharon Stone put up a memorable show, to help raise money for AIDS research.
The celebrities attending a star-studded fundraising dinner took the stage in front of guests including George Clooney, Matt Damon and Quentin Tarantino, and reportedly raised a record seven million dollars.
Stone played auctioneer as Clooney and other “Ocean’s Thirteen” cast member came onstage to auction off a yacht vacation, promising a bidder: “If you put up $350,000, George will kiss you," and Clooney agreed.
According to TMZ.com, the kiss went for $350,000 with a woman’s boyfriend providing the sum.
"You have no idea of the good that you've done, or the difference that you've made," Stone said, joined on stage by Clooney who sold two yacht vacations instead of one for a total of $700,000.
The actress began the auction by selling off a vanity case she designed for a major luxury label, for $95,000.
Dita Von Teese gave one of her trademark Burlesque dances - but this time the A-list crowd got to see the US star perform around a giant nine foot lipstick.
"I am a little bit nervous about my performance but it's good to be nervous. It's a classic striptease, 1950 cowgirl style. I'll be riding the lipstick but I can't think of a better way to put out the message (about safe sex) than to ride it," Dita Von Teese said.
