It appears that a former nanny for actor Rob Lowe countersued the actor and his wife, Sheryl, claiming she was sexually harassed while working for them in 2007. This is the second time when Lowe has been sued since the couple filed their own suit against two former nannies and a chef, accusing them of violating confidentiality agreements.

In the latest suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, ex-nanny Laura Boyce said Sheryl Lowe walked around at home naked in front of her and asked her questions regarding her sex life. The suit mentioned that Lowe’s wife made racially motivated statements about the genitals of Boyce's black boyfriend. The former nanny said she regularly worked 15-hour days without being paid properly for her overtime, Reuters reports.

“We are on top of this ... and we are not going to stop until there is justice,” Gloria Allred, Boyce's lawyer, told reporters at a news conference.

Last month, former nanny Jessica Gibson sued the Lowes, claiming the 44-year-old actor touched her inappropriately several times, masturbated in front of her and showed her pornography. She also mentioned that Sheryl Lowe walked around the home naked and made racial and vulgar remarks.

Gibson worked for the couple for seven years before quitting on February 24.

Jessica Gibson’s Los Angeles-based attorney, Gloria Allred, said the rich and famous people are not above the law and “they are not granted any special immunities.” “The rich and famous, just like any other employer, must not sexually abuse their employees,” Allred declared, according to the Associated Press.

“The charges against me are lies meant to embarrass and humiliate. I find it deeply offensive the false allegation that I would use racially insensitive comments,” Sheryl Lowe said in a statement.
