The presidential campaigns have been over for a while, and the president-elect, Democrat Barack Obama, is preparing to take the office.
However, the bitterness gathered throughout the campaign is still fresh in some people’s mind, and such a person that carries a grudge seems to e the former Republican Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, the Governor of the State of Alaska.
The Governor has recently lashed out at CBS’s Katie Couric and comedy actress Tina Fey, who took on the task of impersonating the Governor on the Saturday Night Live sketches. It’s no wonder that Sarah Palin isn’t too fond of Katie Couric – after all, it was the interview where she stumbled worse than on any other. Tina Fey proceeded to take lines from that interview and, with very few additional words, managed to parody Sarah Palin.
Sarah Palin vented her frustrations on a radio talk show hosted by conservative John Ziegler. Ziegler has recently turned to filmmaking, and is currently promoting an upcoming DVD, called “How Obama Got Elected.” Ziegler seems to share Palin’s opinion, stating that “I think this woman was assassinated by the media.”
Sarah Palin went as far as saying that she thinks media discrimination could be a “class issue,” as she thinks Caroline Kennedy is currently receiving a preferential treatment.
