Mariah Carey and her hubby’s Christmas trip to Aspen fueled rumors regarding the singer’s potential pregnancy once again. After hitting the slopes during the holidays, Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon sheltered in St. Barts for a warmer vacation.

 

The New York Post’s PageSix cited unnamed sources in St. Barts as saying that the 38-year-old star was “definitely pregnant,” since she had cut down on her demanding fitness schedule.

 

In addition, the newspaper’s PageSix also reported on December 9 that the singer had been spotted leaving a gynecologist’s office on North Crescent Boulevard in Los Angeles apparently carrying a sonogram and “being greeted by her entourage with cheers.”

 

Just before the holiday season, Mariah Carey told the Daily Mail that she was looking forward to spending Christmas with her husband and her dog in Aspen, as she had been visiting the spot for years, but without the loved one next to her. Moreover, she explained that she was pleased about “being in love on Christmas.”

 

Back in November, Mariah Carey, who tied the knot with Nick Cannon in April, said that she did not approve of the fact that her spouse offered the media details with regard to their sex life. What’s more, when the star made an appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’ show, she avoided confirming the news claiming her pregancy, in spite of the fact that the host tried to get the words out of the singer’s mouth.
