Not long after Jessica Gibson, the 24-year-old nanny, sued Rob Lowe for sexual harassment, Laura Boyce, another nanny, is accusing Sheryl Lowe of the same behavior.

In Boyce’s suit there are also claims for wrongful termination, abuse of process, unpaid salary and labor code violations.

Lowe and his wife sued Gibson last week along with two other former employees for allegedly violating confidentiality agreements, defamation and infliction of emotional distress.

Laura Boyce filed the case late Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Boyce's lawyer, Gloria Allred, said the suit was a response to the one Lowe and his wife, Sheryl Berkoff, filed against her client, accusing the nanny of making false allegations as part of a $1.5 million extortion scheme. Boyce worked for the family for most of last year.

According to People, Boyce accused Rob Lowe’s wife of walking around naked in front of her, asking about the size of Boyce's boyfriend's private parts, using offensive language and talking about her sex life with Rob.

Rob Lowe’s attorney, Larry Stein, stated to TMZ: “Having struck out against Rob Lowe, Gloria Allred now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray. In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred's client, Gibson, has universally received.”

He also said that, although the claim was against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the complaint refers only to words said by Sheryl, not mentioning the behavior of Rob.

“Although framed as a sexual harassment claim against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the cross-complaint alleges only words by Sheryl and never mentions any words or conduct by Rob whatsoever. The alleged statements by Sheryl are totally unrelated to, and do not provide any support for, Gibson's claim against Rob,” Stein added.
