Currently on probation for assault, rapper Foxy Brown was attacked by four gal-pals of her ex-boyfriend who pulled out her hearing aid and tore her hair weave at his call, and also stole her bag, police sources said.

The incident happened at around 5:30 a.m. Saturday in the East New York section of Brooklyn right after the artist reportedly found out her boyfriend, Roshawn Anthony, was a pimp, sources claim.

The two were in his car in East New York, and she "was giving him the heave-ho," one source said.

"This ex-boyfriend called some of his women, and they pounced on her," another police source said. "They beat her bad. They ripped out her hair weave. Her hair was a mess - and that seems to be what she cared about most."

23-year-old Anthony was charged with robbery but arraignment information has not been released as of early Sunday.

While Brown’s lawyer didn’t immediately respond any calls or e-mails, she told the New York Post that the robbery never happened, and that she hadn't been at the location police gave, near a public housing complex.

"A lot of the time, people mistake me for someone else, or people always call in these false tips," Brown told the newspaper outside her Brooklyn brownstone Saturday.
