A court document filed in Suffolk County, N.Y., last Friday has put an end to Christie Brinkley’s marriage to Peter Cook, a 49-year-old architect. After hefty battles between lawyers, the separation trial resulted in Brinkley getting full custody of their three children and ownership of all properties in dispute, and Cook getting visitation and a $2.1 million payout.

Christie Brinkley filed for divorce back in September 2006. Peter openly admitted he had had an affair with 18-year-old Diana Bianchi because his wife was not fulfilling his needs. Peter also revealed that he had spent thousands of dollars on internet porn during the marriage. On the other hand Christie claims she remained faithful.

In an interview set to air Friday on ABC's "20/20," he says he cheated on the supermodel because "I was seeking a connection I could not find in my own marriage. (…) My hope is that the world will see that I'm not the scumbag pervert that I've been painted to be," he tells Walters.

Cook and Brinkley got married in 1996 and broke up a decade later. The reasons for such a sad end were his affair with 18 year old office worker Diana Bianchi as well his expensive porn habit and a $300,000 effort to pay off Bianchi.

In the interview airing Friday night Cook seemingly “forgets” about the confidentiality agreement under which the couple divorced. But the 54-year-old supermodel's lawyer, Robert Stephan Cohen, released a statement Tuesday saying that Cook may face additional legal action for speaking out about the case.
