Sunday, a Pasadena
boy and his sister were reported missing from their family apartment on Burke Road.
According to the Huston Chronicle, police are looking for a 7-year-old boy and
his 3-year-old sister who disappeared from their home.
Spokesman Vance Mitchell said that the children were last
seen around 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon, near the tennis court. The family alerted the
police at around 9.15. They all searched for the kids on Monday but couldn’t
find them.
The boy’s name is Randy Sylvester Jr. and the girl’s name is
Denim Sylvester. They are African- American. The boy is 4 feet 1 inches tall
and weighs 55 pounds and the girl is 2 feet 5 inches tall. The police described
what they were wearing at the time of the disappearance, hoping that someone
would see them and alert the police.
Authorities began an investigation and anyone who has
information regarding this case was asked to call the Pasadena Police
Department at 713-477-1221. Police is not sure if the children got lost or if
someone took them.
They have given the children description, saying that the
boy was wearing a blue-and-orange University
of Florida Gator shirt
and blue denim shorts and the girl wearing pink shorts and a V-neck t-shirt.
