As far as we know, Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos were “like, so over.” Paris has actually been going out with the same boyfriend for over 8 months.

The lucky fellow is Benji Madden, a guitarist with the popular band “Good Charlotte”. The diva went as far as to say that Benji was her boyfriend and best friend. She then went on to tell confused journalists that she was thinking, in all seriousness, of marrying Madden, aged 29.

But is trouble brewing in Hilton’s paradise? The controversial celebrity was spotted in Miami acting all cozy with none other than Stavros Niarchos, the Greek shipping billionaire heir. The handsome fellow is blindingly handsome, but also younger than Paris. Photos of the two ex-lovers were published by the infamous English tabloid, “The Sun”.

It’s surprising to see the two together in a club, especially since Paris bragged about her deep feeling for Benji while on Letterman, way back in May. Benji seems to be quite the romantic himself – or at least, he is on the same page as Paris when it comes to romance.

The rocker told “Life and Style” about how much he loved Paris, how she is everything to him, the most beautiful woman, his life and how he won’t look at anyone else. Paris, it seems, made no such vow to Benji, given that she was looking a lot at Stavros.

We can, however, speculate all we want. A source who witnessed the scene stated that the two didn’t arrive together at the club, nor leave together. Paris left to go back to her room, while Stavros continue to party at P. Diddy’s.

Benji is clearly still on her mind, as she was wearing the “BM” ring when she was heading for Miami. The two went out on their own, although they were both in L.A. Could it be possible, however, for the tabloids to be reading too much into this?
