A divorce is not enough for Pamela Anderson to forget about her third marriage.

According to paper courts, she asked for an annulment of her marriage with Rick Salomon, famous from sex tape he co-starred in with Paris Hilton. An annulment means that the marriage never existed.

Anderson filled for annulment on Friday and cited fraud as a reason, this being a common use when it comes to paperwork, the New York Daily News reports.

The two got married on October 6 2007 in Las Vegas during a break between two of her magic shows she was performing. This was the third marriage for both. She was previously married to rocker Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998, who is the father of her two boys. In 2006 she was also married for 72 days to Kid Rock. Salomon was married to actress Shannen Doherty.

At that time Anderson declared that she is the happiest she’s ever been and that she thinks that are a good for each other.

On December 14 she filed the papers for the divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” A few days later the former “Baywatch” star called the divorce off.

In January Anderson had to deny rumors of pregnancy with third husband.

The former Playmate also asked the court to keep their income and property separate and not to give spousal support.

On Monday she asked for a retired judge to do the proceedings for the annulment, a frequent practice when it comes to celebrity break ups thus keeping everything private and out of the court.
