Rick Salomon, the ex-husband of "Beverly Hills: 90210" star Shannon Doherty, himself an amateur porn star in "One Night In Paris," is allegedly to marry Pamela Anderson, as the couple applied for a wedding license in Las Vegas. The first to break the news was Access Hollywood, which also reports they were granted the wedding license on Saturday afternoon.

In early September, Pamela Anderson told TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres that she was "engaged," (informally) but did not want to disclose who her fiancé was, only revealing that he was a poker player. On the show, she alleged, "I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love. It's so romantic. It's romance."

"I was told late Saturday night that they filed for a marriage license," a source told PEOPLE, apparently confirming the news. "Rick is always with her. He's backstage when she does her show all the time."

Last Thursday, Pamela responded to a report by New York Post's Page Six that she is indeed spending time with Rick and they have known each other for 15 years. The pair apparently headed back to Los Angeles on Saturday night, after getting the marriage license, and has been staying since at Anderson's Malibu beach house. Pam and Rick are now able to get married anytime in the next 12 months.

Rick Salomon is the son of a former executive vice president at Warner Bros. Apart from Shannon Doherty, he was also married to voice actress Elizabeth "E.G" Daily from 1995 to 2000 and has two daughters with her. In 2003 a sex tape featuring Paris Hilton and Rick Salomon surfaced on the internet, and Salomon sued the company distributing the tape and the Hilton family for alleging he exploited Paris. Eventually he struck a deal with adult film company Red Light District Video to distribute the tape officially under the title "1 Night in Paris" and settled a suit with Hilton, who allegedly received $400,000 and a cut of the profits from the tape.

Tommy Lee and Kid Rock gave a small performance of their own at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, in early September, apparently over ex-wife Pamela Anderson. Pamela Anderson was present at the MTV Video Music Awards ceremony in Las Vegas and so were her two former husbands, rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock. The two got into a little brawl and were separated by security guards. It’s not clear yet if Pam was the reason of their fight, but rap producer Rich Nice apparently witnessed the sequence of events. According to him, Tommy started the fight and Kid Rock ended it.

Kid Rock is in a bit of trouble now as a result of his altercation with Tommy. He has been cited for misdemeanor battery, and could face up to six months in jail, though it is not highly likely that he would receive such a lengthy sentence. Pamela and Tommy were married for several years during the 1990s and have two sons together. The sex symbol divorced Kid Rock earlier this year, after a short-lived marriage.
