Forget the economy and the stimulus plan, the two wars our nation is waging in Iraq an Afghanistan, there’s something more important to discuss. And if there’s something important nowadays, it must be about or involve President Obama to some extent.
President Barack Obama had what I would call a “Bush scene.” The nation’s freshly-elected president bumped his head on the doorway when boarding the presidential helicopter Marine One which carried him to Air Force One.
I know what you’re thinking.
“Don’t you have anything better to do?”
Well, yes I do, but I’ll do it after I’m finished with this.
Unfortunately, all I have on this is the information and the video footage to prove it. I do not know whether the President suffered any kind of injury after bumping his head or if the Marine One sustained any damage.
However, Obama did all he could to make it seem like nothing happen. He ducked quickly; almost instantly after feeling his head hit the doorway to the helicopter. Nevertheless, not even Obama can escape the public eye. Not anymore, he is the President now. There were enough cameras to capture the scene in detail.
Now, to give this article a touch of what news are or should be about, the helicopter took Obama to Air Force One which took him to Elkhart, Indiana, a region hardly hit by the recession.
There, Obama plans to hold rally and sell his stimulus plan. He will hold the speech in Elkhart and another one at the White House, a move to regain some momentum after the embarrassing episodes in which two of his top cabinet members failed to pay their taxes.
