Arrrre you ready? Yes, you
arrrre! Pirates are here for the third time and the whole world seems to be
thrilled!
The 19th of May 2007
represented the day that a lot of people, fans and critics have been waiting
for! The pirates, their special guests, fans and all the other very important
people who are usually well-hidden behind such movie-masterpieces gathered on
and along the red carpet that was set up on Main Street USA at Disneyland.
Orlando Bloom, Geoffrey Rush and
his well-trained monkey, Bill Nighy, Chow Yun-Fat, Naomi Harris and all the
others, headed by the for ever mysterious Johnny Depp walked up the red carpet
and greeted the media and their fans. Some of these fans had came since daybreak
just to be sure they would find a spot along the red carpet so that they could
see and acclaim the pirates.
Director Gore Verbinski and
producer Jerry Bruckheimer came too, as they were also responsible for all
these thrilling and exaltation.
Unfortunately, the premiere of "Pirates of Caribbean: At World's End" was not quite complete. The most
beautiful and charming pirate of all the pirates, the young and wonderful
actress Keira Knightley could not come at Disneyland.
However, her saddening absence couldn't become perceptible because of the large
number of guests that joined the others to celebrate the premiere of the
ultimate part of the trilogy.
Together with their children,
husbands or wives, lovers or friends, VIPs such as Jon Voight, Ian Ziering,
Emma Roberts, Tommy Lee, Rhianna, Apollo Anton Ohno, Jullianne Hough and many,
many others promoted with their presence the famous event. Even Roy Disney,
Walt Disney's nephew was present.
The special dinner followed and
then, finally, everyone went to their seats and watched "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" on a giant movie screen that
had been constructed just for this. The premiere had begun.
One should not be very sad for
missing the "No. 1 Premiere". "Pirates of the Caribbean:
At World's End" will be released nationwide on the 25th of May 2007.
