Nicky Hilton reportedly made a citizen's arrest outside an IHOP, after a homeless man pushed her to the ground around 5 a.m. Saturday morning. According to a TMZ report, Hilton was outside of an IHOP restaurant in West Hollywood when a man later identified as Michael Broadhurst, 50, pushed the Nicky to the ground. The uninjured Hilton got up and made a citizen's arrest on the alleged attacker.
Nicky Hilton was not injured during the incident that occurred about 4:50 a.m. Saturday said Steve Whitmore of the sheriff's department. "Apparently, Nicky Hilton -- sister of Paris Hilton -- had been pushed from behind," Whitmore said. Broadhurst has been ordered to appear in court on April 21.
Nicky is the second of four children born to Richard Hilton and Kathy Richards. Her sister is Paris Hilton. She launched her own clothing line, Chick by Nicky Hilton in 2004 and has also designed a line of handbags for Japanese company Samantha Thavasa from 2002–2005. Nicky Hilton made her acting debut in National Lampoon's Pledge This!, which also featured her sister Paris Hilton. The movie was a straight-to-DVD and released on December 19, 2006. She also made a cameo in Pauly Shore Is Dead, with Paris.
In 2003, Nicky and Paris were each offered a role in a reality show called The Simple Life, but Nicky rejected the part. However, Paris went through with it, and her best friend Nicole Richie was given the role that Nicky refused.
