Nick Bollea is the son of world-wide known professional wrestler Hulk Hogan. Keeping true to the family’s “business”, he has expressed, over time, a lively interest in wrestling, but also acting and motorsports.

He became known to the wide public after starring on the “Hogan Knows Best” show, obviously in the company of his father, Hulk Hogan. His mother Linda and sister Brooke. He also took his father’s stage (last) name, becoming Nick Hogan.
In August 2007, Nick Hogan and a friend of his were speeding through Clearwater, California, behind the wheel of a Toyota Supra, joy ride which resulted in a serious accident.

According to witnesses, Nick lost control of his car down Court Street, hit a barrier at full speed and ricocheted into a palm tree. Upon this last impact, the car simply tore and was found in pieces by the police officers who arrived at the scene.

After recovering from his injuries, Nick was sentenced by a Florida judge to eight months in jail for reckless driving. After the imprisonment, Nick Hogan will also be on probation for five years and will lose his driver’s license for three years. Unfortunately, his friend was injured so badly in the car crash that he will require medical treatment for life.

Nick was released from jail today, after 6 months of imprisonment, on the basis of good behavior. The first thing he did was hug his sister, Brooke. Linda Hogan asked the media to respect the family’s privacy while they get over this unfortunate incident. His friend’s guardian sued the Hogans, and his lawyer was shocked that Nick was thinking about exploiting the media coverage of the accident in a new reality show.
