Nero Releases Its New Products

Nero AG managed to pull off today a launch for three new products. The company’s offer will include from now on Nero LiquidTV|TiVo PC, Move it and the new Nero 9 media suite.

The LiquidTV|TiVo will allow users to take TiVo’s capacities to their PCs without a set-up box. There are two offers available: a $99.99 software-only downloadable version and a $199.99 package that includes a TiVo PC remote and a TV tuner card. Both come with 12 months of TiVo service, which by itself costs $129. The software provides all of TiVo’s popular DVR features, allowing users to pause live TV, skip commercials and also record shows directly on the hard drive. There are also available features like WishList search, Season Pass recordings, and TiVo Suggestions.

The Move it software helps users move content between many electronic devices such as digital cameras, PCs, camcorders, music players and so on. It allows numerous transfers simultaneously and also one-click uploads or downloads of the media to online services such as MySpace or YouTube. At this point it is only available for Windows and retails for $49.99 or as a $39.99 download from the company’s official Web site, www.nero.com.

The new Nero 9 media suite adds Blu-ray burning for the same price and the Movie Wizard template library which automatically adds music, translations and titles to the video presentations. The well known features like burning data and media CDs, DVDs, authoring, editing, managing video, music, and image files are also available with the new release.
