Need For Speed: Undercover Gets Maggie Q, Release Date

It seems like even Electronic Arts wasn’t very happy about the latest installment of its famous franchise, Need For Speed. Although it features some interesting aspects, Need For Speed: Pro Street was criticized for its lack of a compelling storyline, police car chases and unrealistic handling of cars.

However, Electronic Arts is ready to released a new game and to go back to the roots: street racing, cops and adrenaline.

Need For Speed: Undercover will transport players into the fictional world of Tri-City Bay Area, where they have to go undercover to order to infiltrate and takedown a ruthless international crime syndicate.

During their mission, they will be guided by an FBI agent, Chase Linh, played in the game by the beautiful Maggie Q, who is better known as one of the villains form “Live Free or Die Hard”

Electronic Arts promised that the break-neck cop chases, the world’s hottest cars and spectacular highway battles will be back in this new installment of Need For Speed.

Need For Speed: Undercover is developed by Black Box and the game will be released for all gaming platforms.

The official release date was set on November 18 for US and November 21 for Europe. So, get ready to race, ‘cause Need For Speed is back!  Until then enjoy the trailer.
