“High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens has done it again, or rather someone is doing it to her: more sexy photos featuring the 18-year-old have surfaced on the Internet.

The first pictures of “High School Musical” sweetheart Vanessa Hudgens to appear on the world wide web caused a bit of a stir, some speculation, an apology from Vanessa and an acceptance of said apologies from Disney.

All seemed well – she had done something mischievous just like any other teenage girl, she apologized to those offended and life, including her career, moved on.

Disney issued a statement saying, “Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment. We hope she's learned a valuable lesson.”

Talk about negotiations for a third installment in the “HSM” series continued. Disney Channel spokeswoman Patti McTeague confirmed negotiations were ongoing.

Now however, another Internet user, who remains anonymous, has decided to share his/her own racy photographs of Vanessa. After last’s week images featuring Vanessa alone and in the nude in a room, the new ones show her next to a girl.

Both are sticking out their tongues, almost touching, in a manner not so much provocative as silly and childish. Another pic shows the young actress touching a friend’s breast, according to the New York Daily News.

The recent event apparently determined Vanessa to withdraw from Jay Leno’s “The Tonight Show,” supposedly apprehensive about inquisitive questioning. She blamed her absence on a scheduling conflict.

When the first photos appeared, Vanessa first said, through her representative, that it was “unfortunate” something private had been revealed to the public. “This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public.”

This soon changed to the more elaborate, “I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”

Her publicist, Jill Fritzo, has not offered any details about who took the pictures, in what circumstances and how they slipped out onto the Internet.

One cannot help but wonder who the generous donors of the photos are and why they are apparently trying to ruin the girl’s reputation. On the other hand, Vanessa probably finds some comfort in knowing that plenty of her young fans’ parents are on her side and don’t think her private life should be exposed and judged.
