Miley Cyrus Wanted By LifeStyle Condoms

Disney's 15-year-old "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus appears to be the perfect spokesperson material for LifeStyle Condoms.

Motivated by teenage pregnancy running rampant throughout the U.S., the company said it offered the teen, who publicly took a chastity vow, a $1 million contract to represent the brand, New York Daily News reported.

"Pop culture proves that teens are more ready than ever to discuss the subject of sex," said Carol Carrozza, the company's VP of marketing. "We believe that Miley is both influential and relatable to this afflicted set, and is the obvious choice to get the message of safe sex out to teens across America."

However, according to the pop singer's representative, the condom company hasn't made any offer yet, but even if they had, it is something Miley Cyrus and her camp would never consider. Aside from the money, the company also said it would provide Miley with a lifetime supply of condoms for "whenever she decides the time is right."

Miley Cyrus' self-proclaimed virgin image has been threatened by the infamous Vanity Fair photo shoot, for which she posed wearing only a satin sheet, and a series of provocative photos that emerged online over the past several months, leading the public to believe that Miley might soon be on the same path as her pop star predecessors, Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears, but hopefully with a slightly different outcome.

But despite the controversy surrounding Miley's racy pictures and Vanity Fair cover, the media is turning its focus towards Disney's "Hannah Montana," the show which earned Miley the fame and fortune she has today. According to recent reports, fueled by some of Miley's comments, the show is nearing its end.

Speaking recently about the release of her first studio album, "Breakout," which is unconnected to "Hannah Montana," Miley, who has been involved with the show since she was 11, revealed:

"It's like if no one shows up, as Hannah it's okay, it's a little bit better. If no one shows up, as Miley I'm like, 'Okay this is really going to hurt,' because these are songs that I've written that are really important to me and things that I want to say."

Miley's recent efforts to distance herself from her popular alter ego started a while back, when she told E!Online that the time may be right for her hit series to come to an end.

"We're thinking this is our last season," she said, even though Mickey Mouse executives announced in April that the show had been renewed for a third season. But Cyrus explained in an interview that she's been working on the show longer than most people realize. She was 11 when it all began. She turns 16 in November.

"I just think we did a lot of episodes," she said. "We basically did two seasons in one last year. Usually people would do one season that would be, like, 16 episodes, and we did almost 30 episodes! . . . It seems like it's been on, like, longer."
However, despite Miley's hints that she's considering leaving the show, Disney isn't ready to give up the huge profit-maker.

"Miley said it best when she said she's delighted to be part of the Disney family," a Disney rep was quoted by E!Online as saying. "We start production on the third season of Hannah Montana on August 4 and have an option for a fourth season beyond that. We look forward to the Hannah Montana feature film coming to a theater near you in Spring 2009."
