Miley Cyrus came back from the dead to attend the premiere of her new animated flick "Bolt" following a rather morbid prank played on her by a sick internet hacker.

The internet was flooded with rumors that the 15-year-old Disney star had been killed by a drunk driver, after her YouTube account, which she shares with her friend Mandy Jiroux, was hacked into by someone who posted a video alleging Miley's tragic and grisly death.

"Miley died this morning after being hit by a drunk driver. She always told us if anything ever happened to her then tell her loyal fans first before the public. R.I.P Miley, we'll never forget you!" read the fake message attributed to Jiroux.

Obviously, the prank caused a lot of fuss among her fans as well as friends and family who were quick to deny the reports. Jiroux told E! News that "a hacker" was responsible for the video, not her, and as of Sunday afternoon, the hacker video was in the process of being removed from the site.

However, Miley played along with TV reporters on E! saying, "What happened? Did I die, like, bungee jumping, getting bulldozed, what happened this time? I got hit by a drunk driver! Ok, good. Wait. What? On my Web page? No. My Web page got hacked?"

The news came soon after an incident in which the FBI raided the house of a teen hacker, who had boasted to his friends about flooding the Internet with the personal pictures of the young actress.

In a brand new interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the "Hannah Montana" star addressed the death rumors as well her relationship with 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston.

"I'm breathing, check my pulse. I'm good," Miley jokingly told Ellen, noting that she's gotten pretty accustomed with all the rumors she keeps reading about herself, but her family still suffers because of them. "My mom was at breakfast actually with one of her girlfriends and some one pulled her out and said, 'So we hear Miley’s dead.' and my mom was like, 'Yeah, I'm just having breakfast with my friend over here just eating and, by the way, my child's dead.' … .Yeah, It's dumb. Everyone was freaking out but I'm alive."

As far as her new beau is concerned, Miley avoided any confirmation that the two are an item, instead she said she really liked him because "he's really cute, and he's and he's a Christian."

Miley's father, Billy Ray Cyrus, had only words of praise for his daughter's alleged boyfriend, saying the two "are great friends, and they make a good team."

"They write a lot of songs together, and they sing – it’s incredible," Billy Ray told Usmagazine.com at Monday’s "Bolt" premiere in L.A., also calling his daughter’s latest big screen effort "amazing."
