A new set of potentially controversial pictures belonging to Miley Cyrus have been leaked last week showing the 15-year-old lifting her top enough to reveal her stomach while pouting at the camera.

Just when she thought she could finally leave the whole photo-scandal behind, the "Hannah Montana" star, who reportedly earned over $18 million last year alone, is back into the spotlight with a fresh set of personal pictures which have surfaced online.

However, the latest leaked photos were reportedly taken back when she and pop star Nick Jonas, of the Jonas Brothers, were dating last year, and emailed to him, according to Oceanup.com.

Miley's Vanity Fair photo shoot in which she bared her back, wearing just a piece of fabric around herself, sparked intense debate regarding the way young teens are being prematurely sexualized and objectified by the media.

The singer initially came under fire in January when shots of her in her underwear made the rounds on the internet. The pictures showed Cyrus lifting up her shirt and pouting for the camera as well as sharing a piece of candy with a female friend at a slumber party.

Another series of personal pictures emerged online in April, shortly before the Vanity Fair photo shoot. In one of those pictures, supposedly hacked  from her MySpace page, Cyrus was playfully looking up at a camera while yanking down her white tank top to reveal a lacy, green neon bra.
