Teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus was spotted chilling out on the beach with some friends in between takes while shooting the new Hannah Montana movie in Malibu.

The singer and actress has been seen this week out and about in Malibu attracting young fans and scoop-hungry paparazzi, who were eager to catch a glimpse of the 15-year-old.

However, according to a server at the Paradise Cove Beach Café, Cyrus "caused quite the ruckus over the last three days by coming in to use their ladies’ room," the server was quoted as saying by E!Online.

"She came in to use the bathroom and people just ransacked her. We were told we weren’t allowed to talk to her and we weren’t allowed to let the customers bother her, either," he explained.

Just the other day, the young star was seen sporting a rather unpretentious swimsuit, maybe due to the negative press surrounding her leaked Myspace pictures and controversial Vanity Fair photos, while collecting shells from the beach and just dancing around.

The highly anticipated film, which finds Hannah Montana struggling to get some perspective on what matter in life the most as popularity takes over her life, hits the big screen on May 1, 2009.
