Marilyn Manson Sued By His Former Keyboardist

Stephen "Pogo" Bier, the former keyboardist of Marilyn Manson, has filed a new lawsuit against the shock rocker, according to the New York Post's Page Six.

Bier, who performed with Marilyn Mason, under the name of Madonna Wayne Gacy, has initiated the lawsuit back in August, claiming that Brian Warner, (the real name of Marilyn Manson) was underpaying him, although he has been spending important amounts of money on a strange range of personal objects. Bier's lawyer Keith Fink filed the new complaint at Los Angeles' Superior Court yesterday.

In August Bier said that Manson has bought such objects as Nazi memorabilia including some swastika wall tiles, Eva Braun’s handbag and not only, from millions of dollars that were meant to be shared with the band. Manson has allegedly also bought “African masks made of human skin, the full skeleton of a four-year-old Chinese girl, and the full skeleton of a 17th-century male in a wheelchair”.

According to the Bier's new complaint, beside spend the band’s money of these odd objects, Marilyn Manson arranged for his current girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood, to star in his "Heart Shaped Glasses" video for the "highest salary ever paid to any actress in any music video in history."

He also allegedly used funds to pay roadies to move suitcases filled with "Alice in Wonderland" books because he was obsessed with author Lewis Carroll.

According to New York Post, Manson’s rep couldn't be reached, but back in August when Bier had revealed his accusation, Marilyn Mason told to MTV News that the keyboardist’s claims are ridiculous.
"And I would never spend my money on a Chinese girl skeleton. That would be crossing the line. It's a Chinese boy, for the record.”, he said at the time.
