Thanksgiving week was supposed to be a time when people
should be more kind with each other. Surprisingly, latest events show the
contrary. After five people were found dead in a park near Lavtonsville,
Maryland, between Washington and Baltimore on
Thanksgiving night, the week ended violently with another incident, which took place
in New York
this time.
Three males with stab wounds were taken to different
hospitals in New York
last night after a violent dispute inside a midtown-parking garage.
One of them was in critical condition, according to the
hospital representatives.
The incident happened around 4 a.m. on 7th Avenue near West 53rd Street.
The men were having an argument at a near by club, according to witnesses. The
confrontation ended violently inside a garage according to the latest data
released by the New York
police.
One man, who had been stabbed for eight times in the torso,
was taken to New York-Presbyterian/Cornell Hospital in critical condition. His
condition was upgraded during the day, the patient being stable for the moment.
Second man was stabbed six times in the torso and arms while
the third was stabbed once in his arm. They were immediately taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital. They were listed in stable
condition, when they arrived.
According to the police, the three men are 28 years old.
Their identities have not been released yet and no arrests have been made so
far.
Local officials are currently investigating the case.
