Lisa Marie Presley is currently 40 but still managing to turn most tables in her favor. Although she stumbled through 3 previous marriages, she makes it through her child collecting journey more successfully than her father has.

The only child, most adored princes of Elvis, Lisa gave birth to twin baby girls on October 7, according to her publicist, Cindy Guagenti. The girls, whose names were not given, were delivered by cesarean section and weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and 5 pounds, 2 ounces, and are beautiful and healthy. The proud mother Lisa and father Michael Lockwood are most happy for the arrival of the couple’s first children. "Lisa Marie is mom to four now! She's feeling good, a little tired too. She is so happy and Michael is ecstatic. He's wanted to be a dad for so long. This is his dream come true."

The singer/songwriter first announced her pregnancy in May, after having been accused of accumulating body fat around her waist line and being pictured in more or less unflattering photo snaps, published in Britain's Daily Mail newspaper. The journalists quickly turned to apologize, realizing their common mistake. Lisa Marie could resume to saying just: "Yes, I am swollen. And I am going to gain weight in a city where if you're not a minus size 0, you are fat."

With a blessed background of twin births in her family, her legendary father Elvis, who died in 1977, being a twin and her mother, Priscilla Presley, having younger twin brothers, Lisa Marie can only reassure us once again that she is her father’s daughter.

Lisa Marie first married her musician boyfriend Danny Keough on October 3, 1988, when she was only 20 and they had two children together, Danielle Riley, born May 29, 1989 and Benjamin Storm, born October 21, 1992. She divorced Keough in 1994 and married Michael Jackson only 20 days after the event. Lisa Marie had always been supportive of him even through his troubled times as child molestation accusations started becoming public.

As times made it clear that the couple was unable to function under the media’s pressure, Lisa Marie decided to move on and in 2000 became engaged to rocker John Oszajca. This event too was shortly shadowed by her encounter with Nicholas Cage at a party. They were to be married in 2002, only to finalize their divorce 2 years later after an unsettling period of breaking and making up.

The final and 4th marriage took place on January 22nd, 2006, in Japan, with only 16 guests as witnesses to their love. Her husband from then on is Michael Lockwood, her guitarist and music producer. The princess seems to be in need of some form of stability and the recent joyful event couldn’t be a better proof of her and her husband’s efforts.

Moreover, she is now pursuing work on her 3rd album, which, as any Presley stamped effort result, is enthusiastically anticipated.
