Little Miss Lohan turned down Playboy’s offer to pose nude in a special issue of the magazine. For the 55th anniversary issue Hef had in mind a bare breasted Lindsay in a “Kitten With a Whip” theme, a movie which starred Ann-Margret, and is one of Lohan’s favorites. He probably figured “Well she took it all off in the New York Magazine just to make homage to Marilyn, and that’s pretty common, I mean, even guys do it for Norma Jean, so why not this?”

Shocking enough, poster-girl Lindsay turned down the offer, although it was cherry-topped with a $700,000 salary. So what is this? Is the tabloid’s favorite lesbian rethinking her strategies? Is she playing hard to get? Or she just won’t do it for money? It’s strange, because we have already seen all there is and she was never really shy about it and, most of all, she often does it without being asked or being paid to do so.

"If there's nudity, then the answer's no ... She's not going down the magazine road again," Lohan's rep told Playboy's creative consultant, Hal Lifson. Not going on that magazine road again, YET, we might add, as this may be just a smart PR move, something that would just make us, and Hef also, to want her more.

Either way, true fans are not really disappointed, for they all know Lindsay’s true nature and the fact that the world hasn’t seen the last of Lohan naked, as she may spontaneously take her top off at a party or something.

Maybe she really hates being paid for revealing her treasures or maybe she decided to change her ways or maybe she’s into politics now or maybe she just really likes surprising us all with a new headline every day.
