Hollywood’s party girl Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab for nearly two months and it appears she’s not ready to leave yet. Her mother Dina Lohan denies reports her daughter might be released this weekend.
In the latest Lindsay Lohan news, although she was rumored to be getting back to her celebrity life as soon as this weekend, Dina was quoted by Access Hollywood as setting the record straight saying rumors are "Not true, staying in Utah."
According to People magazine, a source close to the actress echoed Dina’s statement saying the 21-year-old starlet has yet to complete at least a few more weeks at the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation clinic in Utah.
"Lindsay is not leaving Cirque Lodge in Utah any time soon. She has a few more weeks to grow and develop, and she is doing great," the source was quoted as saying.
The "Mean Girls" star checked in the Utah facility after a relapse that got her arrested early morning July 24 in Santa Monica, Calif., on suspicion of DUI. A "small" amount of cocaine was found in her pockets after she was searched at the police station. Lindsay had just completed her second stint in rehab at the Promises rehab center in Malibu, a few days before being arrested.
During her lengthy stay at the facility, the actress has been allowed out for day release to go shopping, hit the gym and even get her hair and nails done. Also while at the Utah facility, Lindsay was said to have been caught while having sex with one of the other patience in a toilet cubicle, refusing to do any chores and even caught while trying to do drugs.
Family members, including her mother and two younger siblings, Ali and Cody, were spotted visiting her in rehab.
The actress completed another rehabilitation treatment at the Wonderland rehab facility in Los Angeles early this year.
