Just one day after her publicist denied that she was engaged to DJ Samantha Ronson, actress Lindsay Lohan finally confirmed the rumors that she has been dating Ronson.

The actress, who gained fame for roles in “Mean Girls” and “Freaky Friday,” revealed that she was involved with Samantha Ronson during US radio show Loveline. When asked by DJ Ted Stryker for how long the two have been dating, Lohan answered laughing: "For a very long time."

Lohan and Ronson have been often pictured partying together and this fact sparked rumors of a possible relationship between them. However, Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane-Zelnik, put out other rumors that the two were also engaged to be married, The Associated Press reported.

The show’s discussion focused on the relationship between Lohan and Ronson after the actress was called by the radio show’s host DJ Ted Stryker. On the Monday night radio show, Ronstein was talking about the accident in which her friend DJ AM Goldstein and ex- Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker were recently involved and the discussion quickly shifted to her relationship with Lohan.

Ronson, 22, seized the opportunity to praise the four victims of the plane crash which occurred in California. The two musicians who made it alive from the burning wreck of the plan are currently under intensive care and recovering form second- and third-degree burns.

"It's very saddening, but thank god that the guys are alive. They have amazing guardian angels," she said.
