Actress Lindsay Lohan decided entering the New Year by drinking champagne in Capri, Italy on the dance floor.

TMZ.com is running a video of the 21 year-old party girl that shows her celebrating the New Year with a bottle of champagne.

Her lawyer, Blair Berk said yesterday that she is now “back on track” referring to the fact that Lohan is on the path to sobriety.

He said in a statement: “After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay immediately stopped, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track,” the Associated Press reports.  "There is no magic cure here. Unfortunately, Lindsay has to share her `one day at a time' with the entire world," Berk added.

Last October the actress, who starred in “Mean Girls,” was released from a rehab center in Utah after she checked herself there for 63 days. In August she checked after she was charged for the second time in three months for DUI. She pleaded guilty in August for the charges.

In November she served 84 minutes in jail and received three years probation.

Lohan was in Europe to receive an award at the Capri Hollywood International Film Festival.

The video on TMZ.com, which lasts 40 seconds, shows Lohan on the dance floor taking a swig out of a champagne bottle.
