According to several reports, Lindsay Lohan is back on the bottle as she was spotted drunk at the HTZ Hawaiian Tropic Zone club in New York. People, which apparently broke the news, reports that she hung out at the night spot with DJ friend Samantha Ronson, drinking vodka and Red Bulls between midnight and 4 a.m., when she looked wasted.

Lohan lately tried to kick her alcohol habit, which she got since she was underage, and usually drinks water at night clubs. However, she was also spotted drinking champagne directly from the bottle while visiting Capri, Italy in January.

Lohan allegedly sat behind Ronson's deejay booth in the second level VIP section, and danced the night away until she left at about 4:15 a.m. in a black Cadillac Escalade.

Earlier this month, the celebrity was sued by a former bodyguard for nonpayment, along with breach of oral contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and a variety of California state labor code violations.

According to legal papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, David Kim, who claims he was hired by Lohan and her production company, Crossheart Productions, in October 2006 at a rate of $4,000 a week for 24-hour service and $2,800 per week for evening-only work, is being owned $55,000 by the actress, for the services he performed for her.

Kim alleges that he accompanied Lohan to "industry events, protected her from fans and paparazzi, paid gratuities to the staff and valets at venues where the actress partied out of his own pocket and was never reimbursed."

Lohan is also slated to star in a film about crazed murderer Charles Manson. Lindsay Lohan will portray one of the female cult followers that gravitated around Charles Manson at the time when he was young, apparently charming to certain people and capable of convincing his followers to do things for him.
