Kim Kardashian Wants To Dance Despite Foot Injury

It was a bloody Sunday for Kim Kardashian, who had to be rushed to the emergency room at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City Sunday night, after she suffered a deep cut on her foot from the glass coffee table in her hotel room.

The reality star, who was in New York to promote her acting debut in “Disaster Movie,” said that her foot bled so much that “it was like a murder scene.”

Still, she feels confident enough that the accident will not prevent her from competing on the upcoming seventh season of “Dancing With The Stars,” which premieres Sept.22.

Kardashian is supposed to take part in the competition together with other celebrities such as R & B singer Toni Braxton, former “Rock Star” host Brooke Burke, ex-N’Sync member Lance Bass, Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath, beach volleyball champion Misty May-Treanor, former “Married With Children” star Ted McGinley, tube legend Susan Lucci, Emmy-winner Cloris Leachman and celebrity chef Rocco Dispirito.

After the show’s host, Tom Bergeron, announced the lineup, Kardashian called to assure everybody that her wound would not stop her from dancing on the show.

After confirming she would be able to dance, the hurt star gave details about her unfortunate accident.

“There was a mirror beneath a little desk and it was all broken...and I used my foot to push it away from the desk,” she said. “I went to the hospital and I'm fine.”
