Sharon Osbourne has recently confirmed that her daughter Kelly had checked into rehab for the third time, for a period of 30 days.

Kelly Osbourne, 24, who co-presents Radio 1's Sunday Surgery, was previously treated for addiction to painkillers back in 2004, while one year after that, she was re-admitted in a rehabilitation facility.

Her mother said that she had checked yet again into rehab, adding that the entire family stood by her decision and supported her.

Moreover, Sharon Osbourne stated that they were proud of the fact that Kelly had made the right decision and had realized she needed to go into rehab.

A publicist for the presenter said that Kelly had checked herself into a rehab center in order to address some personal problems.

Kelly Osbourne, daughter of Ozzy Osbourne, made her mark along with the Emmy-winning reality TV series about her famous father and his family,.called „The Osbournes,” after which she went on to pursue a pop career that did not last very long.

In 2002, she released her debut album called „Shut Up!,” comprising a cover of Madonna’s hit song „Papa Don’t Preach.”

In the fall on 2007, Kelly Osbourne signed to BBC Radio 1 to host the Sunday night show, „The Surgery,” while  on October 7 that year she went on air for the first time with the issue of self harm.
