Actress Kate Hudson and cyclist Lance Armstrong have decided
to put an end to their relationship. According to Usmagazine.com, a source close
to the couple said that they split over the weekend.
“There was no drama or ugliness — they just decided to end
things. There is no hatred, just sadness,” said the source.
Even if Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong were seen together
at the cyclist’s races other events, including the three-day Lance Armstrong
Livestrong Summit in Columbus,
Ohio, this past weekend, they
figured it out it was best to go their separate ways.
Hudson, 29, and Armstrong, 36, have been together since May.
Sources also told the New York Post's Page Six gossip column that they
both tried to make their relationship work but their schedules were a big
impediment for them. A friend said that they both came to the conclusion that “it
wasn’t feasible.”
The ex-couple spent Father's Day together and went to lunch with
Kate’s son Ryder and his father Chris Robinson. The actress had also
introduced Armstrong to her mother Goldie Hawn. I guess none of this really
matters when things aren’t meant to be.
Kate Hudson was married to Chris Robinson, but they split in
2007. Since then, the actress has been romantically involved with Owen Wilson
and Dax Shepard.
Lance Armstrong was engaged to singer Sheryl Crow and he
reportedly dated Ashley Olsen. He has three children with his ex-wife Kristin.
Luke is 8 while Isabella and Grace (twins) are both 6.
