Singer Justin Timberlake has been named the most stylish man in the United States by the GQ magazine, which had nothing but praise for his part in setting trends such as hats, three-piece suits, skinny ties and beards.

Back in October 2006, Justin launched his own clothing line called William Rast.

On GQ’s top ten most stylish men in the United States list, Justin Timberlake was followed by music producer Mark Ronson, while photographer Alexi Lubomirski claimed the third position.

Other men featured on the list were rappers Kanye West and TI, as well as actor Jason Schwartzman.

In the March issue of GQ magazine, Justin revealed that he had got his sense of style from his stepfather Paul Harless, about whom he stated that he was the kind of man that would lay out his suit for the next morning each night, going to work looking like Richard Gere in „American Gigolo.”

During that same interview, JT told the magazine that he considered model Kate Moss a style icon, adding that she could wear a barrel and she would still be making a fashion statement.

Stars including Cameron Diaz, Paris Hilton and Eddie Murphy have all been spotted wearing items from Timberlake's clothing line.
