Jennifer Aniston, the ever gorgeous nearly-40-year-old is almost nude on the cover - and inside - except for that pesky neck tie. Looking better than many 20-year-old starlets, Jen chats with the magazine about her new love, her old love, and all the rumors.

Not only does Jennifer Aniston appear topless on the cover - just like she did three years ago - but the actress is still talking about her divorce from Brad Pitt that same year. She says that while she and Angelina have absolutely no contact, Jen and Brad still keep in touch occasionally. "When there's something to congratulate or celebrate, there's an exchange," she said. "But there's no charge on it."

Aniston, who turns 40 on Feb. 11, poses on the GQ cover with only a patriotic tie covering her lady bits. In her interview, she jokes that maybe she and Brangelina are all secretly best buddies.

And how about John Mayer? "Honestly, did not know much about him before I met him. I'd heard... you know, uh 'Your Body' - that song. But what I can say is that I had no idea what an extraordinary musician he is. And it's just great to sit and be witness to that. It's kind of like, Whoa!"

Now that Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have taken their relationship public, the couple is not shying away from expressing their affection for each other in the media.

In support of Jen, John attended the Thursday night premiere of “Marley & Me,” where he told Access Hollywood he was happy to hit the red carpet for the woman he loves.

But no - she is not having his baby, and the couple so far has no plans to wed.
