Jessica Simpson Still Together with Tony Romo

Jessica Simpson was drawn into talking about her boyfriend Tony Romo as she appeared on the ‘The View’ show to promote her latest country music album, which is due to be released September 9.

Just before Jessica performed ‘Come on Over,’ one of the songs on her latest album, Barbara Walters asked her if there are any wedding plans that she and Tony have made. The pop singer managed to dodge the question by saying that “We've been together for … seven to almost eight months now. I don't really know about wedding bells … I still love him, and I'm still with him, so that's a good sign."

No wonder Jessica is still a little bit afraid of marriage. The 27 years old diva was married for 3 years with singer and actor Nick Lacey before getting into a nine month relationship with rocker John Mayer. Since none of the two seems to have been Simpson’s big love, it is only natural for the singer to want to take her time before making the big step.

Even though Jessica hasn’t rushed to tell the world that she wants to spend her life with him, Tony, who is the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, can rest assure knowing that she loves him: Jessica said that she is going to be in the stand at all the games his team will play. This is quite a daring decision, knowing that some of the Cowboys’ fans have blamed her for Romo’s poor performances in the past season.
