Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra seems to be pregnant and still in jail, according to TMZ Website.

Falkenburg Road Jail officials, where Sierra is being currently housed, due to her condition, are reporting that she has requested to be on a “pregnancy diet.” Her unborn child was allegedly conceived with a “rapper,” TMZ.com reports.

Sierra was transferred from the Hillsborough County Jail where she had been imprisoned on charges of violating probation. According to Tampa Police, she caused a disturbance outide the Full Moon Saloon in Ybor City, after which she opposed to arrest. She is currently charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest without violence and violating probation.

Earlier this month, Sierra was arrested after police said she had attacked another manager at the Hyde Park Café, throwing a glass at him. When she was booked in jail, officials found cocaine in her possession. Sierra pleaded no contest to charges of felony battery and drug possession, for which she was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and random drug testing.

In addition, as if this was not enough, a sex tape with Sierra is set to be released by Vivid Entertainment on January 3. Vivid Entertainment qualifies the tape as “the most explicit sex we’ve ever seen in a celebrity video…Jessica clearly had more talent than just singing.”

Sierra will spend the holiday season in jail being scheduled to appear in front of the court on January 7.
