Over the weekend, actress Jessica Alba gave birth to her and her husband Cash Warren's first child together, a beautiful, healthy little girl named Honor Marie Warren.
As previously reported, Honor Marie Warren arrived on Saturday, June 7th at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, the 27-year-old star's rep, Brad Cafarelli confirmed.
Although Cafarelli refused to provide further details on the baby's arrival, early Friday reports suggested that Alba entered Cedars-Sinai in labor, with Cash carrying birthing balls. Jessica's father was also spotted in the maternity ward and was overheard saying "she’s beautiful," while Cash was seen bringing in food on Saturday.
In an interview during her pregnancy, the "Fantastic Four" star admitted that she was more scared of breastfeeding rather than the act of giving birth, and revealed that "anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying."
Alba and Warren got engaged shortly after announcing their baby news in December last year and quietly tied the knot three weeks ago. The happy couple has also just moved into a $4 million Beverly Hills home, where she has decked out the baby's nursery with some expensive ornaments, including a chandelier.
Speaking to Fit Pregnancy magazine recently, Alba said she doesn't want to be her kid's "best friend," but would prefer her child seeking her help and advice whenever she would have problems.
With the number of celebrity babies coming into the world these days, magazines are hot to get their hands on the first photos, but the actress recently confessed no magazines have yet made an effort to score her first born's pictures.
"I haven’t really gotten any - not that I’m aware of. You have to understand, everything that is written is kind of bull," she said.
